⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had a truly wonderful and enjoyable experience at HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam, and we were very pleased with the warm hospitality and excellent service provided throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, we already felt very welcomed. A special appreciation goes to Mr Arai, our buggy driver who assisted us upon arrival. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He kindly helped us with our luggage and made sure everything was brought safely to our room. We truly appreciated his assistance and kind hospitality, as his helpful attitude gave us a very good first impression of the resort and made our arrival smooth and comfortable.The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made our stay relaxing and pleasant. The sea view was absolutely awesome and breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery. Waking up to such a beautiful view made our stay even more special and memorable.I would especially like to express my appreciation to Ms Anggi Sirait and Mr Zamzam, our waitress and waiter, who were both very friendly, polite, attentive, and helpful, always making sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of during our meal. Their cheerful attitude and professional service made our dining experience even more pleasant and memorable.I would also like to give a special compliment to Ms Rizka at the pancake station for preparing such amazing pancakes. The pancakes were absolutely awesome, fresh, soft, delicious, and perfectly prepared, and we really enjoyed them. Ms Rizka was also very friendly and welcoming while serving us, which made the experience even better.We also had a fantastic time trying the jet ski, which was one of the most exciting and memorable activities during our stay. A special thank you to Mr Faiz, our jet ski instructor, who took very good care of us throughout the activity. He was friendly, patient, professional, and made sure that we felt safe and comfortable before and during the ride. His clear guidance and assistance gave us the confidence to enjoy the jet ski experience to the fullest, and we really appreciated his excellent service.A special appreciation also goes to Mr Manik, our personal driver arranged by HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam. He was a very good and experienced driver, professional, helpful, and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout our journey. His excellent service made travelling around much easier and more enjoyable for us.We would also like to thank Mr Steven at the buggy station, who was such a nice, friendly, and approachable person. He always greeted us warmly and provided great assistance whenever we needed the buggy service, making our stay even more convenient and pleasant.Even on our last day, the excellent service continued. A special thank you to Mr Hutri at the reception, who handled our check-out quickly and efficiently. The process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated, especially when preparing to leave the resort. His fast and professional service helped us end our stay on a very positive note.A big thank you to Mr Arai, Ms Anggi Sirait, Mr Zamzam, Ms Rizka, Mr Faiz, Mr Manik, Mr Steven, Mr Hutri, and the entire HARRIS Resort Barelang Batam team for your wonderful hospitality, excellent service, friendliness, and dedication. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. From the spacious and clean room, breathtaking sea view, delicious food, exciting jet ski experience, comfortable transportation, helpful buggy service, smooth check-out, and friendly staff, everything contributed to making our visit a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.
