First, they responded to my pre-trip email in less than a day! They also catered to our anniversary requests. The hotel was a great place to stay at for a whole weekend! Although it was far from the city center, it did have a great environment, and it had a view of the Barelang Bridge. It was fun riding the buggy everywhere. The room was clean and orderly. Although I wished the amenity kit had more such as a comb and a shaver, it did provide the necessities. I'm not gonna lie, the food was kinda a miss, but maybe it was just not suited for my taste buds. Either way, it won't do harm to bring some cup noodles or snacks/food into your room before you go to the hotel so you don't have to order room service. Activities are a little bit on the pricey side, but that was to be expected from an in-house activity provider. Thank you so much to the staff, especially Rivan, our ATV guide, and Annisa from the front desk, who helped us print our boarding passes. Will definitely go back here! - 16 Aug 2024

I had such a good stay with my hubby! The view was awesome and the staff hospitality was fantastic! We really like our room! So spacious, clean and most importantly, it’s very quiet and peaceful.     This resort really blew me away. We were recommended by batamgetaway to book a suite room at this resort. Initially wanted to go to Bintan. However, the resort that we wanted were fully booked. In the end, i had so much savings and i enjoyed the trip so much with my kids. The suite room is really good with 2 bedrooms with a living room especially when you are travelling with 2 kids and a helper.
