The staff's customer service was truly exceptional warm, attentive, and professional. Our room was spotless upon arrival, and the breathtaking view from our room added a special touch to our stay.The breakfast was decent, though there’s room for improvement in the variety and quality of the buffet dishes.     Very mesmerising place to stay. Only opened last week and the rooms are very big! We have the sea view room which was facing the barelang bridge! very majestic I must say.

    This resort really blew me away. We were recommended by batamgetaway to book a suite room at this resort. Initially wanted to go to Bintan. However, the resort that we wanted were fully booked. In the end, i had so much savings and i enjoyed the trip so much with my kids. The suite room is really good with 2 bedrooms with a living room especially when you are travelling with 2 kids and a helper.
