Agree with xuefen, we can forgive the location because it’s a resort after all. Totally enjoyed the spa and our family had a great time. Could really feel the holiday inn quality throughout. If they have upgraded the hotel, i would give it 5stars. Almost perfect!

Suite rooms were huge, slightly over dated. Entire resort require some form of refurbishment to uphold the Holiday Inn name. Pools are huge and Spa at resort is a must try.
Hotel needs a major revamp, slightly old looking, at least 15 minutes walk to public beach. tried the spa, it was very good. 1 bedroom suite rooms are very spacious but looks dated.
good but too many foreigners
I didn’t stayed at this hotel as I opted for a city hotel instead. I however paid for the services for Holiday Inn’s spa & massage. It was worth every penny! Paid 350,000 rupiah which is about $40? For the quality, Singapore spa centres would have charge $100+ on top of them trying to upsell more stuff lol. Will stay at this hotel in the near future.
I must say that their standard have dipped slightly. Hotel is outdated, the reason for us to keep on coming back here is that while our children are busy enjoying the pool, my wife will be enjoying away at their tea-tree spa. Holiday Inn also has a Chinese themed restaurant.
