My children enjoy this resort. Many things to play. Price very good. But only thing far from shopping place so only stay in resort.

Overall a good family oriented resort. My children absolutely love the flying fox and swimming pool at the resort. They spend at least half of the time at the resort doing activities. Good for families like us as the parents will have a good night sleep at night.

In my opinion, hotels need a face lift as some of the paint and facade is not looking as appealing as before. Nevertheless staff at Harris was very attentive to my needs as I have an elderly in my travel group. Limited breakfast options could do further improvement. But for the amount that I have paid, it was worth it.
Wanted to stay at the new Harris Barelang but since rooms were full, we decided to settle for their waterfront resort. We opted for their cabana room type which was recommend by batamgetaway staff for couples.
