hotel is located near the ferry terminal for easy access and also mega mall. breakfast spread can be improved, however in summary.. worth the money for a good 4* hotel.
It is my 4th time here and I can comfortably say that this hotel is my good to hotel. 5 mins drive to Batam Centre Ferry terminal / Mega Mall. Staff speaks good english and can already recognise me and my husband. good choice for breakfast as well.
Hotel is strategically located near Batam Centre ferry port and also mega mall. Good for people like me who don’t really like to explore deep into Batam. Meals served at hotel is acceptable & the massage service is a must try ^^
good sized pools!!! rooms are huge as compared to other 4star hotels in Batam but most importantly, hotel is near ferry terminal & mega mall batam!
Fairly good hotel… very near Mega Mall and ferry timing. From outside.. the hotel look very majestic… i am impressed with my stay here

One of the good points of this hotel is that the hotel is near Mega Mall for shop shop and also ferry terminal heading back to Spore!!
