Old and uninviting, Don’t bother. I believe there are other better resort options out there. Hotel staff on the other hand was a wonderful bunch, always going the extra mile for their guests.
Stayed 1 night. Service not satisfactory level. My room had no wifi. Reported few times but nobody came and solved. Latter I went down and informed to the front desk. Half an hour latter one person came but he could not solved the problem. Then he went down to get his IT personnel but did not come back. Food very expensive. No suttle service to the city.
We booked 2 rooms but we got a complimentary upgrade to their 2 bedroom chalet. I must say that even though the chalet rooms are old and reminded us of the chalets at east coast, it was good as my friends and I manage to do some impromptu team bonding activities together.
Booked last minute for a trip during the December Holidays. All other resorts were fully booked. Rooms and stay were satisfactory. Enjoy the getaway with my family. At least we got to travel.
