Great staff, excellent location , but a nightmare booking experience with AgodaUpon arrival, I was shocked to find that the hotel could not locate my booking for the next two nights, which I had booked separately through Agoda.What followed was extremely frustrating. Agoda took around 30 minutes each time to respond, and their agents would suddenly disappear from the chat. They initially insisted that my booking was valid and left me to deal with the situation myself. After almost two hours, they finally admitted that there was an issue and informed me that Ctrip had apparently booked the wrong month. I still do not understand why a booking made through Agoda ended up with Ctrip.The biggest problem was not the refund or compensation — it was where I was supposed to stay, especially during a holiday period when around 90% of Batam hotels were fully booked, including BCC. The remaining options were either extremely expensive or unfamiliar hotels.This is where FBy from the front desk really saved the day. She kept me updated via WhatsApp, spoke to her manager and tried her best to find a solution. Fortunately, they had one suite available, which I gladly accepted despite the higher price. I am genuinely grateful to FBy and her manager for helping me when Agoda failed to resolve the situation properly.As for the hotel, it is an older property with some wear and tear, but the location is excellent as it is right beside BCS and A3 Food Court, within walking distance of Grand Batam Mall, with plenty of food and cafes nearby.Breakfast is decent, with some menu changes each day. The staff are friendly and greet you whenever they see you, which makes you feel welcome.The only major annoyance is the slow lift, and you have to press the button separately each time.Overall, the hotel may be showing its age, but the location and staff make up for it. Special thanks to FBy and her manager for going the extra mile when I was left stranded by Agoda. They turned what could have been a disastrous stay into a manageable one.

I think very good price for 4 stars hotel. Room is very big and feel like apartment. Location is the best in baloi because just a few steps to BCS mall. My family spend alot of time in bcs. Many many things to eat and buy and just relax. we buy many things from the supermarket. Will come again next time
Our favourite in Batam. Best location in Baloi. Convenient to go anywhere. Room is very big, good for group gathering and playing games. Spa is bad though, avoid it. Reasonable price. Service very standard. Thanks getaway, your price is best!
Convenient location and huge rooms especially. wow never see such a huge hotel rooms before. Some parts of hotel feel quite old though… Overall not bad
– Wanted to stay at Ihotel Baloi, but since it was full the next 4 star option was BCC Hotel.
– Huge hotel and within 2-3 mins walk to BCS mall and A2 food centre.
Stayed in their 2-bedroom suite with my family however the room is slightly dated.. upon entering, it has this weird musty smell.. i would suggest if the rooms are refurbishment for a better experience..
