Terms of Service (IMPORTANT!)
1. S$29 Ferry Tax will be payable upon collection of boarding pass at ferry counter. Breakdown of Ferry Tax: Singapore Passenger Departure fee of S$7/pax, Surcharge of S$15/pax & Batam Terminal Fee of S$7/pax. (Not applicable for Harris Resort Barelang Package) Taxes payable UNLESS otherwise stated on your invoice that you have prepaid the S$29 under item Seaport Taxes and Batam Terminal Fee.
2. All information provided by in this submission are accurate as per passport.
3. All passports details submitted are valid with a minimum of 6 months from the dates of travel.
4. It is the responsibility of the traveller to arrange for entry Visa, when applicable.
5. We will not be responsible should any guest be denied boarding at airport/pier/ports of call due to improper documentation.
6. Visa on arrival will be USD$15 payable at immigration counter if visa requires.
7. Charges for the porters services for carrying of luggages from the jetty to the arrival hall ranges from S$5.00 - S$10.00 (by negotiation). If you do not wish to pay, please do not let anyone carry the bags for you. Our local operator is in no position to negotiate the fees.
8. It is at the Resort's / Hotel's discretion to request a deposit to cover incidental charges during your stay.
9. Starting December 2014, all Batam Resorts & Hotels only accepts the INDONESIAN RUPIAH as the official cash payment (based on Indonesia Law No 7/2011). Alternatively you may also use VISA / MASTER / AMERICAN EXPRESS / UNION PAY debit / credit cards.
10. Tour Itinerary is subject to changes based on weather conditions.
11. In the event of 'No Show' full amount will be levied.
12. Any unused portion of the packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.
13. Maximum occupancy of 3 Adults & 1 Child without Bed (Age 3<12) or 2 Adults & 2 Child (Age 3<12) applies per room, unless otherwise stated.
14. Compulsory Gala dinner on 24 December & 31 December may apply and will be advised.
15. In the event that rooms / services are overbooked, full refund will be processed within 72 hours.
16. Ferry tickets are based on promotional rate, in the event that tickets are not available, full refund will be processed within 72 hours.
17. Any amendment or cancellation of this booking will be subject to relevant service charges. Cancellation and amendments are not valid for bookings made under Hot Deals / Special Promotions.
18. All requests submitted to the Hotel are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
