Resort bagus yang friendly untuk anak, staff all area bagus2.Tapi Sesuai rate harga permalamnya, harusnya ada beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dan diperbarui :1. Handuk mandi warna sudah kusam2. Dikamar yg kami tempati (garden view pool access) busa kursi santai nya sudah tipis, jadi kalau duduk bikin tidak nyaman karena terkena kayu nya.3. Kid Playground dino nya sdh tidak ada (entah maintenance atau memang tutup)4. Area Ti punch bar yang sudah tak terpakai, nampak berantakan5. Menu sarapan Pagi, ada beberapa menu yg terasa hambarTerima kasih, semoga bisa menjadi perhatian untuk lebih baik lagi - 15 Apr 2024

Lovely family stay with young kids. The rooms were just right with good views and very peaceful setting.It was a busy weekend with fasting month and bank holiday combined. So the team was doing their best.It was odd that we weren’t informed about the pool being shut from 5-7pm prior to arrival. So that came as a surprise as the kids enjoy once the sun is a bit more harsh.The kids club activities and playroom were great for our 6/9yr olds. Keeping them engaged for a couple of hrs (and giving the parents much needed break.Spa setting was lovely but the quality of massage was average.All in all a good stay bringing much needed rest for the family. This is a great get away. Our advise is to rent a car and the whole trip will be very much enjoyable and cost saving.Update after another visit.Totally disappointed with the breakfast. Not sure if we can just take the egg and go. - 01 Apr 2024

We just stayed here for 1 night and it was nice. The room, garden view, was spacious and clean. Except for the TV, which always stopped and restarted, everything was ok. The whole area, icluding the numerous pools is nice. It could use a few more places with shadow, especially around the pool areas, not everyone can stay in the sun the whole day. The food is nothing spectacular but Ok and I can't really complain. I can't say much about other activities since we only came here to relax a bit at the pool. The staff was nice.Overall, if you keep your expectations at the right level (whoch is always advisable here), you can have a nice time here. We enjoyed our time. - 01 Apr 2024

Very mesmerising place to stay. Only opened last week and the rooms are very big! We have the sea view room which was facing the barelang bridge! very majestic I must say.

value for money, must visit

This resort really blew me away. We were recommended by batamgetaway to book a suite room at this resort. Initially wanted to go to Bintan. However, the resort that we wanted were fully booked. In the end, i had so much savings and i enjoyed the trip so much with my kids. The suite room is really good with 2 bedrooms with a living room especially when you are travelling with 2 kids and a helper.
