Overall service Staff was very helpful with the luggages, friendly, able to answer to all of our enquiries. Booked 2 different type of rooms, transfered after 1 night, staff helped with the transfer. Breakfast spread was decent. Massage was extremely good. Housekeeping was excellent. Checking out was smooth, had our lunch at the restaurant, food was nice. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the private pool added an extra touch of luxury. What truly stood out was the hospitality. Stay here for the experience, not for the location! not everything is always about location. My wife and I have been to batam many times and so we’re just looking for a good hotel experience for this trip. Shocked by the superb facilities and everything about this hotel. Truly lived up to its internationla brand. Kudos to you guys!
Everything is good. Service, facilities, room. All very new and good standard. Amazing breakfast varieties. A good change of environment as we always stay in the city center. This trip we just relax and enjoy hotel facilities. Relaxing
Infinity pool was to die for, came after a recommendation from one of the consultants. Eska Spa from the hotel was cheap and good and hotel has a shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. With all this in mind, Best Western is now my favourite Hotel is batam.
One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Batam. Shuttle buses to major shopping malls in Batam is a definite plus considering how the hotel can be ulu to some who have not been here. The infinity pool was also a deciding factor for my children.
