What do I do on the day of departure?
On the day of your departure, bring along your passport and voucher code to pick up your ferry tickets at the ferry counter (stated on voucher).
Please check-in at Harbourfront Ferry terminal at least ONE (1) hour before departure time on Weekdays and TWO (2) hours on Weekends, Eve of PH & PH.
Check the details of the ferry before boarding and be sure that you arrive at the correct ferry terminal (Stated on your voucher).
When you arrive, our representatives will be waiting for you outside the immigration, with your name card. Kindly identify them and proceed for your day tour or transfers to the hotel.
For the return transfers, please check with our representative the exact time you will be pick-up on your return date.
If you are unable to locate our representative, kindly refer to your voucher for the emergency contact.

Arrival in Batam – Is there any fixed pick up time or according to our ETA?

Hi Elsie, pick up time is based on your ferry arrival in Batam. Upon arrival and after immigration and customs, our friendly guide will be waiting for you at the arrival hall. Hope this answers your query.
Hello I want to go For Batam tour with hotel and ferry. But I am going with my Father who is in Singapore for vacation. He has single entry visa until the 20th of February, returning back to Nepal on the 8th of February.
Will he be granted entry when he returns back from out Batam trip? I also confused. Would you advise me about it?
I am planning to go for about a night or two on the 23d of Jan.

Hi Manika, Thank you for your enquiry with us. With regards to your enquiry, since your father is holding a single entry visa, he is only able to enter into Singapore once. He will require a multiple entry visa to travel to Batam. Hope this clarifies.
