What do I have to do after I receive my voucher code?
Once you have received your voucher code, your booking is already confirmed.
Prepare for your upcoming trip and pack your bag accordingly to our packing tips.
On the day of departure, arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hours prior to the ferry departure time. On weekends and public holidays, it is advised to be there minimum 1.5 hours in advance. Do buffer enough time to collect your ferry tickets from the ferry counter (stated on voucher) and queue up to cross the Singapore immigration checks (may take up to 20-30 minutes during peak season).

I have made a booking on June 20th for a trip to Batam on 29th June. I have not receive the voucher code.
