If you are taking the free and easy package, you can select any ferry timings for both the departure and return journey.

For Basic Package, Passenger can select with below timing:
Singapore (Harbour front) to Batam (Sekupang): 09.45 / 12.45 / 15.40 / 18.40

However, if you are taking the tour package, you will need to select the departure ferry at 8.20AM.

For Package with City Tour, Passenger MUST book:
1. Singapore (Harbourfront) to Batam (Sekupang) 08.20 (Sg time) Follow the Group Tour.
2. Alternative Ferry Timing in the event 08:20AM is full will be arranged accordingly.
3. Return ferry on Day 2 is flexible, unless tour is on Day 2 which can be arranged at additional cost.
