Your passport needs to be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the return date of your booking. If your passport is valid for less than 6 months, you will be denied entry into Batam / Bintan upon arrival.

For all Singapore Citizen (Holding Singapore passport) you may visit the ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) to renew your passport. Based on our experience, most of our customers were able to renew their passport within the same working day if they submit their application in the morning, nevertheless it will still be at the discretion of ICA on the processing time.
