Can I cancel my booking?

As stated in the terms and conditions of your reservation, any amendment or cancellation will be subject to service charges.

Batam Booking cancellation with a minimum of 7 days prior to travel date – S$30 per person

  • 0 – 7 Days (No Cancellation allowed / Booking Forfeited in event of Cancellation)
  • > 7 Days (Bookings for Batam, Cancellation allowed, charged at S$30 per person)

Bintan Booking cancellation with a minimum of 14 days prior to travel date – S$30 per person + cost of Ferry Ticket (TBA)

  • 0 – 14 Days (No Cancellation allowed / Booking Forfeited in event of Cancellation)
  • > 14 Days (Bookings for Bintan, Cancellation allowed, charged at S$30 per person + cost of Ferry Ticket (TBA))

Peak Season / Holiday season Cancellation

During peak season and holiday season, hotels and resorts usually have a strict no-cancellation policy which we will have to follow. No cancellation will be allowed during peak season and holiday season. In the event that the customer submits a request, cancellation will be subject to approval and cancellation charges, at discretion of the services (hotel and ferry) involved.

 

Passport Expiry / Visa Related Cancellation

In the event that after booking, a traveller’s passport expiry is noted to be less than 6 months in validity OR if a traveller requires visa for entry into Indonesia and hence unable to travel, a 1-time complimentary date change (with a 1 year validity) can be applied to the booking at no additional cost. If the guests requests to cancel the booking, a S$30 per person cancellation fee will be applied.

 

Medical Condition Related Cancellation

In the event that a guest is not well and has obtain a doctor’s letter stating that he/she is unable to travel, the above cancellation policy will also be applied. This cancellation fee should be claimed with your travel insurance company, hence we strongly recommend all our customers to purchase travel insurance immediately after your booking has been confirmed.

 

Cancellations are not allowed for bookings made under Hot Deals and Special Promotion.

All charges are applicable to Adults, Children and Infant and subject to hotel and ferry policy (cancellation are not allowed for bookings made on promotional rate. eg. Bintan Canopi Resort, Bintan Lagoon Resort, Bintan Ferry Tickets, for more details please check with our consultants)

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance once your booking has been confirmed. If you are unable to travel due to any of the claimable events, you may submit a claim with the insurance company.

    I am planning for 2D1N golf trip to Batam from 7th June to 8th June.. Stay 1 night at Nagoya hotel and play 1 game on 7th June and another game on 8th June.

    Package to include land transfer and ferry tickets.

    Please kindly give me a good quotation for 4 Adults.
