Can I amend my booking?

As stated in the terms and conditions of your reservation, any amendment or cancellation will be subject to service charges.

Date / Name Amendment with a minimum of 7 days prior to travel date – S$10 per person (Batam Bookings)

Date / Name Amendment upon confirmation – S$15 per person (Bintan Bookings)

All charges are applicable to Adults, Children and Infant and subject to hotel and ferry booking policy.

Amendments are not allowed for bookings made under Hot Deals and Special Promotion.
